How it works
From a listing link to handing over the car. At every step you know what is happening and what you pay.
-
1. Send a request
Paste a link to a listing you like (mobile.de, AutoScout24, Sauto.cz, Sbazar.cz…) and your email. It does not have to be that exact car – we look for the same model with similar age, mileage and equipment. The request is free and non-binding.
-
2. Get an offer
Within 2 business days you receive a link to an offer with 1–3 selected cars: photos, equipment, history, mileage and a final price. You also see a comparison with your listing. The offer is valid for 72 hours – good cars sell fast.
-
3. Reservation and 20% deposit
If you like a car, click “I'm interested” and sign the reservation agreement online. Once the 20% deposit arrives, we reserve the car for you.
-
4. Inspection
Before purchase an independent technician inspects the car. You get photos and an inspection report. If the car fails, we refund the full deposit or find you another car – your choice.
-
5. Purchase
After a positive inspection you pay the car price within 3 business days. We buy the car and prepare it for shipping.
-
6. Shipping, customs and registration
The car travels by ship to Europe and on to us. We handle customs, the technical approval, inspection and registration in the Czech Republic. You track the progress online – on a timeline and on a map.
-
7. Balance and handover
At our premises you sign the purchase agreement, pay the balance and take over the car.
Good to know up front
- It is an import. We import the car to your order; delivery usually takes 8–12 weeks.
- You buy from us. The seller is a Czech company – you get an invoice and a contract. Companies can deduct VAT; EU companies with a valid VAT ID buy without VAT.
- Warranty. The factory warranty may not apply to imported cars. We are liable for defects by law and offer an optional extended warranty.
- Service. We offer brands with authorised service networks in Europe, so regular servicing is no problem.
