A summary of the key terms. The reservation and purchase agreements, which you can review in advance, are binding.

Price

The price in the offer is final: car, transport, transport insurance, customs, VAT, technical approval, inspection and registration in the Czech Republic. The price stated in the reservation agreement does not change.

Payment in three steps

Payment by bank transfer. We confirm every payment by email.

Reservation

We reserve the car once the deposit arrives. If the car is sold in the meantime, we refund the full deposit or offer another car.

Inspection

Before purchase an independent technician inspects the car. If it fails, we refund the full deposit or find another car – your choice.

Forfeiture of the deposit

If, after a positive inspection, you do not pay the car price on time, or do not pay the balance and take over the car within 14 days of being asked to, the deposit is forfeited and the agreement ends. Exact deadlines are set out in the reservation agreement.

Withdrawal from the reservation agreement

Consumers may withdraw from a reservation agreement concluded online within 14 days. If you expressly ask us to start the reservation and inspection earlier, you will reimburse the costs incurred up to that point if you withdraw. The purchase agreement is signed in person at our premises at handover.

Liability for defects and warranty

For used cars we are liable for defects for 12 months from handover. This does not cover wear consistent with age and mileage or defects listed in the handover report. The factory warranty may not apply. An extended warranty is available as an option.

Handover

Handover takes place at our premises in the Czech Republic. We are happy to help with registration in your country.

Companies

Companies can conclude all agreements online. EU companies with a valid VAT ID from another member state buy without VAT.
